What does "Got Your Goat", mean? Well, it means that it has made you, by someone else, annoyed or angry. No one really knows how this term came about but some surmise that it had to do with horse racing. Placing a goat into a stall with a racing horse seemed to calm the horse down. When another party came and stole that goat, then the horse became agitated and did not race well. This action not only angered the horse but its owner as well.
